Young Scientist Clubs since 2022...
Young Scientist Clubs
Home for Innovation, Powered by GETA Service Trust
Young Scientist Clubs are teacher-led science clubs designed to help schools identify, guide, and groom curious students as young innovators.
Young Scientist Clubs initiative is a movement to create a pipeline of Young Innovators for the Nation's Atmanirbhar Bharat goals.
There are 7.5 lakh secondary schools (6th to 12th) in India where 78 lakh teachers have access to 13 crore students. Look at the
potential to contribute. Even if 0.1% of the teachers, i.e., 7,800 teachers, groom 10 students each to be creators, they would supply
78,000 Young Innovators to the Nation. 0.1% means just one in one thousand teachers! Nation Builders!!

What is a Young Scientist Club?
A Young Scientist Club is a school-based science club where:
- One enthusiastic teacher acts as the Mentor Teacher, and another teacher would be a co-mentor.
- 30 to 60 students from classes 6th to 12th are groomed as innovators.
- Students explore Science & Innovation through curiosity, ideas, and participation.
- Schools connect to National Science opportunities.
