Water scarcity is becoming a major global issue due to climate change, population growth, and excessive groundwater usage. Farmers, gardeners, and plant owners often struggle to provide the correct amount of water and nutrients to plants. Traditional irrigation systems waste large amounts of water through overwatering, leakage, and inefficient distribution. In many areas, plants dry out because people are unable to monitor soil moisture and nutrient levels regularly.
Another challenge is that many regions face irregular rainfall and limited freshwater resources, making sustainable farming difficult. Poor plant health caused by incorrect watering and nutrient imbalance reduces crop productivity and increases costs for farmers. Current solutions mainly depend on manual monitoring, which is time-consuming and inaccurate.
Our project addresses these problems by collecting water directly from atmospheric moisture and intelligently supplying it to plants. The integrated FloroMind system continuously checks plant nutrition, soil condition, and water needs to ensure plants receive the exact care required while minimizing water waste and promoting sustainable agriculture.
