🧠 Problem Title: Open Burning of Garbage Causing Air Pollution and Health Hazards
📝 Problem Description

Proper waste disposal is important for maintaining cleanliness and environmental safety. However, it is often observed that garbage is burned openly in public areas, roadsides, empty plots, and near residential locations.
In many cases, mixed waste containing plastic, paper, food waste, and other materials is set on fire to reduce waste volume quickly. Burning such waste releases smoke, unpleasant odors, and harmful pollutants into the air.
I have observed garbage burning in open spaces where smoke spreads into nearby surroundings, affecting visibility and air quality. The smoke may create discomfort for people living or traveling nearby, especially children and elderly individuals.
Apart from air pollution, open burning can also increase fire risks and negatively affect the surrounding environment. This problem highlights the gap between waste management practices and environmental protection.
Proper waste collection, segregation, and disposal systems are important to reduce open garbage burning and improve public health conditions.
