🧠 Problem Title: Speed becker detection and vehicle controlling systerm
📝 Problem Description

Road safety remains a major concern due to the increasing number of accidents caused by overspeeding, especially near speed breakers, school zones, hospitals, and residential areas. Many drivers fail to notice speed breakers in time due to poor visibility, lack of proper signage, bad weather conditions, or distractions while driving. This often leads to sudden braking, vehicle damage, discomfort to passengers, and sometimes serious accidents., In rural and semi-urban areas, speed breakers are often unmarked or poorly constructed, making them difficult to detect, particularly at night. Additionally, existing vehicles do not have an intelligent system to automatically control speed when approaching such obstacles. Drivers rely completely on manual judgment, which can be inconsistent and unsafe., The absence of a smart, automated solution to detect speed breakers and regulate vehicle speed increases the risk of road accidents and reduces overall driving efficiency. There is a need for an intelligent system that can identify speed breakers in advance and assist in controlling vehicle speed to ensure safer and smoother driving., This project aims to address these challenges by developing a system capable of detecting speed breakers and automatically controlling vehicle speed, thereby enhancing road safety, reducing accidents, and improving driving comfort.
